2)Special Component Programme

District planning committee sanctions approximately Rs -20 to 30 lakhs  budget yearly to this department for implementation of  water supply schemes like extension of pipeline, thus  wells E.S.R ---etc in dalit vastis of villages .

This programme is also demand based with 10% public contribution and implemented through V.W.S.C like M.N.P.
