As per peoples demand or to provide minimum needs to outside infrastructure of site

To prepare the estimates as per site conditions, necessity & providing or concerned trustee or people

Govt. lands, Plans, Elevations, C/S, Estimates includes abstract & measurement

 Authority   
To prepare proposals, administrative approvals, Technical sanction as per instructions & guidelines of PWD manuals & Z. P. & P. S. Act of 1961, Account Act 1968

 Justification of the works 
As per peoples demand, MLA, Z. P. members, P. S. members, concerned Grampanchayat or trusty of pilgrim & tourism

 Estimate       
To prepare the estimates as per site conditions type of works which provision has been made as per scope of works rate as per current DSR

 Essentials documents     
Govt. land, plans, elevations, C/S, estimates includes abstract & measurement, lead chart, quarrip chart, 8-A certificate of work not proposed or not taken any other schemes, Grampanchayat resolution of arrange Sabha, reports & maintenance certificate concerned trusty, Grampanchayat or Z. P. site plan.

 Authority   
As per agreement of A-1 & B-1contract the work type tender or concerned Grampanchayat or trustee.

 Progress    
To prepare  bar chart for constructions of works to maintain proper stipulated period as per condition of A-1 & B-1 agreement

 Completion of work 

Complete the work within period & handed over the work to concerned department or authority
