24 x 7 PHCs
The main objective of making these PHCs to function and operationalise on 24 x 7 pattern is to increase institutional delivery to provide 24 hrs. delivery services, both normal & assisted , BEmOC and EmPC services. The contractual two GNMs and one LHV are posted at these 24 x 7 PHCs to provide above mentioned services....
It is envisaged to have following nine minimum services at these 24 x 7 PHCs .
1.24 Hrs delivery services both normal and assisted.
2.Essential new born care.
3.Referral for Emergencies.
4.Ante natal care and routine immunization services.
.5.Post natal care.
6.Early and safe abortion services.
7Family planning services.
8.Prevention and management of RTIs/STIs.
9.Essential Labortory services.
